Dec 19, 2011 - The Parksville Fire Department in British Columbia under chief Doug Banks, took delivery in November of a Hub Fire Engines & Equipment-built pumper. Built on a Spartan Metro Star LFD chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and a Cummins ISL 450-hp engine the truck is equipped with a Hale QMAX 175 1,500 IGPM pump, a Waterous Adventus 3 foam system, 500 IG co-poly water tank, Zico Electric ladder, Amdor roll-up doors, Whelen LED light package, Akron Deckmaster Monitor, a Smart Power 8kW generator, FireComm intercom system, Amdor LED ground lighting and a Xantrex 1kW inverter/battery charger.
 
 
North Cowichan – Chemainus Fire Department

Dec. 1, 2011 - The North Cowichan – Chemainus Fire Department in British Columbia under fire chief Neil Rukus, took delivery in November of a Hub Fire Engines & Equipment-built pumper. Built on a Spartan Metro Star chassis and powered by a Cummins ISL 450-hp engine, the pumper is equipped with a Hale QMAX 1,250 IGPM pump, a Foam Pro 2002 Dual foam system, 1,000 IG co-poly water tank, Whelen LED light package, Weldon Multiplex electrical system, 10” Newton Electric dump valve, Push Up Extendalites and a TFT Hurrican Electric Monitor and Extenda Gun.
 
 
The Yellowhead County Fire Department

Dec. 1, 2011 - The Yellowhead County Fire Department in Brule, Alta., under fire chief Perry Hayward, took delivery in November of a Hub Fire Engines & Equipment-built light attack unit. Built on a Ford F550 4 X 4 chassis and powered by a Ford 6.7 litre diesel engine and a Ford Torque Shift transmission the truck is equipped with a CET 21 HP Diesel pump, Foam Pro 1600 foam system, 250 IG co-poly water tank, Whelen light package, Safety Vision Rear View camera, Extendalite tripod lights and a Honda EU3000 generator.
 
 
The Southwold Township Fire Department

Nov. 14, 2011 - The Southwold Township Fire Department in Ontario under chief Robert Brown, took delivery in June of a Dependable Emergency Vehicles-built tanker. Built on an International DuraStar 4400 chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and a MaxxForce 9 330-hp engine, the tanker is equipped with a Darley PSP100 PTO 840 IGPM pump, 1,500 IG co-poly water tank, enclosed porta tank storage, bumper mounter 500 IGPM Elkhart Sidewinder monitor, Whelen LED lighting package and storage for four SCBA bottles.

 
 
Bracebridge Fire Department

Sept. 9, 2011 - The Bracebridge Fire Department in Ontario under chief Murray Medley, took delivery in August of a Carl Thibault Emergency Vehicles-built ladder truck. Built on a Spartan Metro Star chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and a Cummins 450-hp diesel engine, the truck is equipped with a Hale 1,500 IGPM pump, Foam Pro foam system, 500 IG co-poly water tank, 75-foot ladder and 1,250 IGPM aerial monitor nozzle.
 
 
South Frontenac Fire and Rescue

Sept. 9, 2011 - South Frontenac Fire and Rescue in Sydenham, Ont. under chief Rick Cheseborough, took delivery in May of a Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built pumper. Built on a Spartan Metro Star chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and a Cummins ISC 380-hp engine, the truck is equipped with a Waterous CS 1250 I,050 IGPM pump, co-poly water tank and Foam Pro 1600 Class A foam system.

 
 
South Frontenac Fire and Rescue

Sept. 9, 2011 - South Frontenac Fire and Rescue in Sydenham, Ont. under chief Rick Cheesborough, took delivery in August of a Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built rescue unit. Built on a Kenworth T370 chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVS transmission and Paccar PX-8 300-hp engine, the truck is equipped with an 18-foot walk-in rescue body and is manufactured from Saltwater marine grade aluminum.

Aug. 18, 2011 - The Ellison Fire Department in British Columbia under chief Kurt Szalla, took delivery in August of a Hub Fire Engines & Equipment-built pumper. Built on a Spartan Gladiator chassis and powered by an Allison 3000 EVP transmission and a Cummins ISL 425-hp engine the truck is equipped with a Waterous S100D 1,500 IGPM pump, a Foam Pro 1600 foam system, 700 IG co-poly water tank, TFT Hurrican monitor, Zico Access ladder, Smart Power 10KW generator and Command Light tower.

Aug. 18, 2011 - CFB Shilo located in Manitoba under deputy fire chief Martin Haller, took delivery in July of six Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built range firefighting vehicles. Built on International 7400 4X4 chassis and powered by Allison 3000 EVS transmissions and MaxxForce 9 330-hp engines, the trucks are equipped with Waterous CPD-2 pumps, 1,000 IG CoreTen steel water tanks, Waterous Aquis 1.5 foam systems, Federal Signal LED light packages, Federal Signal 3 backup cameras, Amdor H20 ground lighting, Kussmaul Pump Plus 1000s, Waterous Crossmount CAFS with 60-hp engines and Warm M12,000-pound winches with dual F&R receivers.

Aug. 12, 2011 - CFB Halifax in Nova Scotia under deputy fire chief Murray Watson, took delivery in March of two Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built Hazmat command rescue units. Built on Sterling Acterra 4X4 chassis and powered by Allison 3000 EVS transmissions and Cummins ISC 330-hp engines, the trucks are equipped with F.S. LED light packages, FRC 1000 Watt Optimum tripod lights, Federal Signal backup cameras, Amdor H20 ground lighting, 10 kilowatt Powertech diesel generators and Hurst Gas Trimo pumps.

Aug. 12, 2011 - CFB Gagetown in New Brunswick under deputy fire chief Kevin Feeny took delivery in July of three Fort Garry Fire Trucks-built Range Fire Fighting vehicles. Built on International 700 4X4 chassis and powered by Allison 3000 EVS transmissions and MaxxForce 9 330-hp engines, the trucks are equipped with Waterous CPD-2 pumps, 1,000 IG CoreTen steel water tanks, Waterous Aquis 1.5 foam systems, F.S. LED light packages, Federal Signal backup cameras, Waterous Crossmount CAFS with Perkins 60-hp engines and Warn M 12,000 lbs. winches with Dual F & R receivers.
