Developer hooks buyers with sprinklers

Just as the
province of Ontario is soliciting input on its proposal to make sprinklers mandatory in new residential buildings, a builder in Port Perry, Ont., has proof positive that home buyers want safer homes.

In fact, construction management firm YYZed says that marketing the new condo development as a fully sprinklered building has helped sales. Read the Toronto Star story here.
