Building fire forces road closure
Written by The Canadian Press
Sept. 2, 2010, Kingston, N.S. - A structure fire forced the closure of a street connecting two communities in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley.

Firefighters from Kingston were called to a building near the intersection of Victoria and Bridge streets at around 4:15 a.m.

Fire units from Berwick and Lawrencetown were called in to help battle the flames.

Kingston fire chief Watson Armstrong says Bridge Street, which connects Kingston and Greenwood will likely be blocked off until around 9 a.m.

The provincial fire marshal's office will help with the investigation.
