Abbotsford officially opens new fire hall

July 31, 2012, Abbotsford, B.C. - Abbotsford Fire Rescue Service celebrated the official opening of its new fire hall on Monday. AFRS Hall 8 was constructed to improve emergency response times for urban and rural neighbourhoods, said Deputy Chief Mike Helmer. The Abbotsford Times reports.
