Apartment owner fined for offences related to CO alarms

March 20, 2014, Orillia, Ont. – The owner of an apartment building in Orillia, Ont., was charged with two counts of failing to install a carbon monoxide alarm adjacent to sleeping areas after fire crews were called to the building on Wednesday. A tennant was also charged with disabling a CO alarm. Simcoe.com reports.
