Winnipeg police arson and homicide units are investigating after a
14-year-old boy died in an early morning house fire.
Police say officers who happened to be in the area noticed the fire about 1:30 a.m.
They rescued a total of 10 people from the home in the city's North End.
Police are releasing few other details about the blaze.
