Bodies discovered inside burning home
Jan. 8, 2015, Halifax - Firefighters and police are on the scene of a house fire near Halifax where at least two bodies have been recovered.

RCMP spokeswoman Cpl. Karine Bernier says a third person remains unaccounted for.
The Halifax region issued a statement saying fire and emergency crews were dispatched to the home on Old Guysborough Road around 4:30 p.m.
In all, 30 firefighters from seven fire stations responded to the scene near Wyses Corner, where the home was engulfed in flames.
City spokesman Brendan Elliott says the number of bodies inside the home remains unclear.
“Firefighters won’t know the total count until they have done a safe and secure search of the whole house,” he said in an email. “We know of two for sure.”
