Burnaby fire chief irked by ambulance service impact

Ambulance Service changed 74 services to code two from code three in October, firefighters have experienced an average nine-minute wait time for EMS and instances in which wait times exceed half an hour have doubled, Burnaby, B.C.'s fire chief said in a report.
