Campers may have caused blaze near Kelowna

July 21, 2008, Vancouver - Fire crews are battling a 90-hectare blaze less than two kilometres south of the town of Edgewood, located about 100 kilometres east of Kelowna. As the Vancouver Sun reports, 40 firefighters and four helicopters are fighting the fire, which officials believe may have been caused by "careless campers" who abandoned their campfire in the area on Thursday.
