Canadian Association of Fire Chief’s virtual Fire-Rescue Canada 2021 kicks off Monday

Sept. 10, 2021, Ottawa — The Canadian Association of Fire Chief’s (CAFC) annual Fire-Rescue conference will be held virtually from Sept. 13-14.
Fire-Rescue 2021 will feature six sessions covering leadership, Truth & Reconciliation in the fire service, mental health, the socioeconomic impact of fire prevention as a business strategy, and wellness and incident command. The event will also honour this year’s CAFC award winners and share results of the Great Canadian Volunteer Firefighter Census.
There will also be an emphasis on and opportunity for networking, and for members of the association to participate in a number of CAFC Committee open houses.
This event is free to CAFC members and there is a registration fee of $350 for non-members.
