Charges laid in fatal Edmonton fire

Aug. 29, 2017, Edmonton - Two people have been charged in connection to a fatal Edmonton house fire that left a five-month-old baby dead Tuesday morning. Edmonton police arrested Bronson Woycenko, 19, and Jessica Tammerand, 18, both former tenants of the building, on Friday. Woycenko was charged with second-degree murder, arson and disregard for human life, while Tammerand was charged with arson and disregard for human life. The Edmonton Journal reports. | READ MORE
