Children rescued from ice floe in Charlottetown

March 28, 2016, Charlottetown - Charlottetown Fire Chief Randy MacDonald says two children were rescued from an ice floe Sunday afternoon. He says 25 firefighters were involved and they used what the fire department call a banana boat to rescue the children. CBC News reports. | READ MORE
