Dec. 27, 2012, Laval, Que. – Three people were treated for smoke inhalation when a Christmas morning fire gutted a 16-unit apartment building in Laval, Quebec.
There is no word yet on the cause of the fire, which broke out around 4:40 a.m.
Firefighters evacuated several of the residents.
Laval police Lieutenant Patrick Boucher says the building is a total loss.
