Classic Fire + Life Safety talent acquisition specialist to help hire over 50 positions

Mar. 14, Toronto/London, Ont. – Classic Fire + Life Safety hired Stanley Owah as its first talent acquisition specialist. Classic Fire + Life Safety plans to hire over 50 positions in the coming months. The company’s immediate hiring needs include a fire alarm technician, sprinkler fitters, customer care staff, designers and engineers.

Stanley joined Classic Fire + Life Safety human resources team with experience as a recruiter within the manufacturing industry.

The talent acquisition specialist role is a newly created position designed to improve the company’s recruitment strategy. Accountable for full cycle recruitment and onboarding, Owah will oversee a multi-channel recruitment strategy that includes social media, career fairs, advertising and showcasing the company’s culture.

Originally from Nigeria, Owah obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Covenant University in Nigeria.  He moved to Canada to pursue further education. Based out of the London office, Stanley will partner with the entire group of companies to help with their staffing needs, including Classic Fire + Life Safety, Northern Sprinkler Design, Apex Fabrication and Edge Fire Protection.
