Sept. 30, 2011, Montreal - Six months after a fire in a Côte des Neiges apartment building killed two young women, investigators still don't know how the blaze started or what went wrong with the automated dispatching system that summoned firefighters from two stations downtown - while firefighters from the closest station were initially called off, adding a crucial 104 seconds to their response time.
