Cobourg to dispatch Port Hope Fire and Emergency Services

Sept. 12, 2013, Port Hope, Ont. - After a rancorous local debate over the removal of the local Port Hope Police-operated fire and emergency services communications centre, Port Hope Council has authorized the execution of an agreement with the Town of Cobourg Police Service for Fire and Emergency Services dispatch.
