Crematorium blaze started in chimney: officials
Dec. 30, 2014, Innisfil, Ont. - Fire officials say a blaze that destroyed a crematorium south of Barrie, Ont., started in the chimney.

They say the fire that broke out Wednesday at the Innisvale Crematorium in Innisfil caused an estimated $4-million in damage.
Staff say there were 14 bodies inside at the time but all have been recovered and transported to local funeral homes.
They’re working to recover documents inside the levelled facility.
The owners say they’ll rebuild.

Fire officials say the blaze isn’t considered suspicious.
