Dispatchers mishandled 911 calls

June 23, 2010, Calgary - Staff at Calgary's public safety communications centre mishandled two recent 911 calls, but responded correctly in two other cases that were subjected to an independent review, officials said Tuesday. The Calgary Herald reports.
