Jan. 5, 2012 – As part of our commitment to provide readers with the best fire-service coverage in Canada, we’ve made some changes to our e-newsletters that we hope you will find helpful.

Each week, we produce two electronic newsletters – one for our Fire Fighting in Canada (FFIC) subscribers, the other for Firehall.com subscribers.

We invite you to subscribe to both e-newsletters (Fire Fighting in Canada and Canadian Firefighter / Firehall.com) to ensure that you are up to date on breaking fire-service news along with commentary, analyses and, of course, stories from the current issues of our magazines, Fire Fighting in Canada and Canadian Firefighter and EMS Quarterly.

The FFIC e-newsletter goes out on Tuesdays. The Firehall.com e-newsletter is sent on Thursdays. (Both e-newsletters used to go out on Wednesdays.)

The new schedule ensures that news and highlights from the entire week are packaged and delivered to your Blackberry, smart phone or inbox in an easy-to-read and quickly accessible format.

We’ll bring you top news stories from across Canada, blogs that tackle key issues in the fire service, columns and feature stories from our magazines on the day they come out, and highlights from fire-service events from coast to coast to coast.

Subscribe now to both e-newsletters &ndash Fire Fighting in Canada and Canadian Firefighter / Firehall.com – from Canada’s No. 1 fire-service resource.
