Edmonton Fire Rescue rolls out cadet program

Sept. 24, 2014, Edmonton - Edmonton Fire Rescue Services now has a Fire Cadet program for teens age 14 to 18. The program gives high school students an opportunity to develop important life skills, such as pride, leadership, commitment, discipline and teamwork, while giving them a better understanding of firefighting as a career through classroom and hands-on learning.
