Electric heater, lighter blamed in house fires

Dec. 19, 2011, Thunder Bay, Ont. – Two house fires Sunday evening – one started by an electric heater, the other by a child playing with a lighter – kept the Thunder Bay Fire Service very busy. CBC News reports.
