April 25, 2013, Elliot Lake, Ont. – Elliot Lake Fire Chief Paul Officer, who was previously employed as the city's chief building official, told the inquiry into the collapse of the Algo Centre Mall that he regrets trusting mall owner, Robert Nazarian to fix problems with the mall’s troublesome roof.
