Espanola man fined for starting forest fire

Oct. 26, 2012, Espanola, Ont. - An Espanola man has been fined for failing to keep a fire that he started under control. Ryan Baxter pleaded guilty to failing to keep a fire under control and was fined $500. He also paid $10,000 towards the cost of putting out the fire. The Sudbury Star reports.
