Feb. 14, 2012, Clinton, B.C. – The provincial fire commissioner's office says a fatal fire on Sunday in the south Cariboo village of Clinton was accidental.

The blaze tore through a home, killing two men and a dog.

Investigators initially thought the flames had been sparked by an explosion, but they now say it was caused by a heat source left on the kitchen table.
