Feb. 25, 2014, Cornwall, Ont. – Officials say a fire at a PCB reclamation plant in Cornwall, Ont., was sparked by an exploding light bulb.

Fire investigators say the high pressure bulb exploded Monday afternoon catching a cable paper wrap on fire.

The department says the amount of PCBs in the area of the fire was extremely low and there was no risk to public safety.

Several nearby streets were closed for a few hours as a precaution.
