Fire ban issued for Prince George Fire Centre

June 24, 2010, Fort St. John, B.C. - The Prince George Fire Centre has issued a ban against medium and large open fires. The prohibition includes burning piles of garbage or slash that are more than half a metre in height or diameter. Residents also can not burn any grass or stubble or use fireworks.
