Fire chief issues warning about touching power lines

Nov. 24, 2010, Saanich, B.C. - A Good Samaritan could have been a dead Samaritan after he taped a live electrical line to a tree branch Tuesday night, said Saanich fire battalion Chief Lee Clackson. The Times Colonist reports.
