Fire crews extinguish recycling plant blaze

Oct. 28, 2014, Laval, Que. - The Environment Ministry will test groundwater in Laval over the next week to ensure there is no spilloff contamination from a massive fire at a vehicle recycling plant. The fire began early Monday morning and was finally extinguished around dinner time. CTV News reports.
