Fire damages Cornwall bacon plant

Sept. 20, 2013, Cornwall, Ont. - Cornwall firefighters battled a fire at the Oylmel bacon plant Thursday evening after thick, black smoke began escaping from an industrial microwave used to make a pre-cooked version of the pork product. The Ottawa Citizen reports.
