Fire forces evacuation of apartment building

The Canadian Red Cross says residents were taken to a multicultural centre following the fire at the three-storey apartment building.
The group says it is helping 14 of the tenants with emergency lodging, food and clothing.
Other residents have made arrangements while damage is assessed, and repairs and cleanup are arranged.
In another incident, the Red Cross says a family of three was temporarily displaced due to heavy smoke from a brush fire behind their home near Petitcodiac.
It arranged emergency lodging, clofire at the three-storey apartment building thing and food for a woman and her two young children.
