Fire that destroyed Regina Elk’s Hall being treated as arson

May 15, 2020, Regina – A fire that levelled the home of Regina’s Elks club is believed to have been caused by arson, according to police. Regina Police Service (RPS) spokesperson Elizabeth Popowich said the police force’s arson investigator has been working with Regina Fire and Protective Services on the case.
