Firefighter insurance agent gets hefty fine

Oct. 3, 2012, Vancouver – An insurance agent for Provident Firefighter Benefit Services has been fined $10,000 after breaching the confidentiality of clients – all of whom were volunteer firefighters – in a misleading marketing package. Insurance Business reports.
