Firefighters don pink shirts for anti-bullying day
Feb. 27, 2013, Vancouver - They won’t be gearing up in pink jackets or spraying down
homes with pink hoses, but Vancouver firefighters are still getting in
on the Pink Shirt Day action Wednesday. Crews are wearing pink shirts throughout the day as they collect
donations for the anti-bullying initiative, with the money going to the
Boys and Girls clubs of South Coast B.C. 24 Hours Vancouver reports.
