Firefighters forced to wait for power to be shut off

Oct. 14, 2011, Kamloops, B.C. - It took at 25 minutes for a BC Hydro crew to turn off the power to a Brocklehurst home and allow firefighters to tackle a blaze that burned within its walls. The Kamloops Daily News reports.
