Firefighters on training exercise rescue capsized boater

Jan. 25, 2017, Victoria, B.C. - Victoria Fire Department crews conducting a training exercise in the Inner Harbour on Tuesday afternoon ended up helping to rescue a man whose vessel had overturned.
