Firefighters pull man out of Ottawa River

Feb. 27, 2014, Ottawa – Firefighters in Ottawa pulled a man out of the Ottawa River on Thursday morning. The man reportedly jumped from the Champlain Bridge and was without vital signs when he was pulled from the water. Metro News reports.
