The excellent service that customers have come to know from the Annex Bookstore will continue with a new brand of fire service education and training materials.
Fire Fighting in Canada, Canadian Firefighter and EMS Quarterly and Firehall.com are pleased to announce that the Annex Bookstore has been re-vamped and re-branded into the Firehall Bookstore.
Annex Publishing & Printing (Annex), the parent company of Fire Fighting in Canada and Canadian Firefighter and EMS Quarterly, has worked diligently to create a brand of resources for the fire service. The July acquisition of Firehall.com has introduced the Annex fire team to even more readers and customers, says Annex group publisher Martin McAnulty. Changing the name of the Annex Bookstore to Firehall Bookstore solidifies the group of fire service resources Annex has to offer.
“The Firehall Bookstore is a good fit for the fire team,” McAnulty says. “It’s a great way to bring everything together and remove confusion from the marketplace.”
The Firehall Bookstore is the one-stop shop for all fire-service related education and training materials. Resources are available for all fire-service personnel, from chiefs and officers to rank-and-file firefighters, and even those interested in a firefighting career.
The new Firehall Bookstore website boasts a fresh, organized look that’s easier to view and navigate, says Firehall Bookstore supervisor Becky Atkinson.
But besides a name change and a facelift, the Firehall Bookstore still offers the same vast selection of training materials, including texts and manuals, DVDs and videos, computer-based training materials, codes and standards, test preparation and fire prevention week supplies. Browse the Firehall Bookstore to find the most current products from NFPA, IFSTA/FPP, PennWell, Action Training Systems, Jones & Bartlett, Delmar Cengage Learning, Brady, Emergency Film Group and many more.
And, as always, the team behind the Firehall Bookstore is available to provide stellar customer service, offering the best selection of fire service resources – as quickly as possible, adds McAnulty: “Order today and it will ship tomorrow.”
“We have the newest and most up-to-date materials available,” Atkinson adds. “We’re always looking for what the fire service needs. If we don’t have what you’re looking for, we’ll bring it in for you.”
Be sure to visit the Firehall Bookstore booth, along with Fire Fighting in Canada, Canadian Firefighter and EMS Quarterly and Firehall.com, at trade shows and conferences in 2011.
