Flooding prompts state of emergency in eastern Nova Scotia

Nov. 24, 2021, Ingonish, N.S. – Nova Scotia’s Emergency Management Office has declared a state of emergency for Victoria County in Cape Breton after heavy rainfall washed out roads.
