Jan. 25, 2010, Gatineau, Que. - The president of the Gatineau firefighters union has been suspended for six months without pay over public remarks he made alleging that low water pressure in city hydrants hampered efforts to save Aylmer's historic St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, gutted in a June 11 fire.
