Guests escape unharmed as fire guts motel
Dec. 16, 2013, Niagara Falls, Ont. - Fire Prevention Officers are investigating the cause of a fire that gutted a 27 room motel in Niagara Falls.

Firefighters found the Star Inn on Lundy's Lane fully engulfed in flames when they arrived on scene late Friday afternoon.
The flames were quickly doused and there were no injuries, but the
local Red Cross had to assist 11 stranded occupants of the motel.
Officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service were on site
yesterday but officials say the fire is not considered suspicious.
