Halifax crews douse Maritime Centre blaze

Jan. 2, 2020, Halifax – Early Wednesday evening, Halifax Regional Fire and Emergency were called to the Maritime Centre after reports of a significant volume of smoke in the building. Deputy Chief Dave Meldrum telling NEWS 95.7 this is “a very large, multi storey building,” and they moved a lot of firefighters there very quickly.
