Hamilton firefighters issue warning about telephone scam

Aug. 8, 2012, Hamilton, Ont. - Someone is fraudulently soliciting donations on behalf of the Canadian Association of Fire Chiefs. Hamilton’s fire department is warning the public to be on the lookout for a person who claims to be raising funds for the purchase of new equipment. The Hamilton Spectator reports.
