Hamilton karaoke bar operator fined for fire code violations

April 17, 2014, Hamilton, Ont. – The operator of a karaoke bar in Hamilton, Ont., is being fined under the Ontario Fire Code for the second time for failing to keep an exit door readily operable and for failing to maintain a stairwell free of obstructions. The Hamilton Spectator reports.
