Hotel owner fined $30,000 for fire code violations

Oct. 8, 2013, Calgary - The numbered company that owns the Shamrock Hotel and restaurant has been fined $30,000 after pleading guilty to a pair of provincial safety code charges laid after a fire last year that sent three people to hospital. The Calgary Herald reports.
