House fire claims lives of two men in Manitoba
July 11, 2014, Gilbert Plains, Man. - Two people have died in a house fire in Manitoba. It happened early Thursday at a home in Gilbert Plains, about 360 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg.

Mounties in Dauphin say a 46-year-old man was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
A 48-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Office of the Fire Commissioner is assisting with the investigation.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
