Residents escape east Vancouver apartment fire

Dec. 29, 2015, Vancouver, B.C. - Fire crews safely evacuated residents of a four-unit apartment building. The three-alarm fire broke out at abot 1:10 a.m., starting in a second-floor suite with flames extending into apartments on the third floor. There was still extensive smoke damage to the rest of the building, leaving about 20 people displaced. The Vancouver Sun reports. READ MORE
