Hwy. 402 slowly being cleared of abandoned cars

Dec. 15, 2010, Sarnia, Ont. - With the worst of the storm passing, parts of Hwy. 402 reopened Wednesday morning, with crews now focusing their efforts on pulling cars from snow drifts. The Toronto Star reports.
