Hydro shutoff delays fire department response

Aug. 12, 2013, West Kelowna, B.C. - West Kelowna Fire Rescue quickly had a serious blaze under control Saturday night, but first they had to wait for BC Hydro crews to shut off power to the dwelling. Castanet.net reports.
