May 27, 2014, Simcoe, Ont. - In July, Canadians’ ability to use email as a marketing or fundraising tool will be significantly restricted. Canada’s anti-spam legislation (CASL) comes into effect July 1, and with it come some of the world’s strictest anti-spam rules.

At Fire Fighting in Canada, we are working hard to comply with these new regulations. As part of that effort, we need you to renew your subscription to our e-newsletter. Please take a minute to confirm your interest at www.firefightingincanada.com/confirm

For a better idea of how these new rules will affect email marketing campaigns to consumers and other businesses, download the anti-spam toolkit or a checklist for CASL-compliant email marketing.
