Iqaluit to hold public consultation on dump fire
Aug. 21, 2014, Iqaluit, Nunavut - The City of Iqaluit is holding a public consultation this Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Anglican Parish Hall to discuss the proposed plan to fight the dump fire that has now been burning for over three months.Fire Chief Luc Grandmaison says the city has not yet hired a company to fight the fire. CBC News reports.
